Happy 61st, Donald! You only get cooler as the years go on. The good thing for me about 1980s films is that even if the film isn’t all that great, it’s quite likely that the soundtrack will be alright. In the case of “Bright Lights, Big City”, the film was average but “Century’s End” was a seriously groovy song for its soundtrack. Hooray.

Donald Fagen is the greatest. No, really, he is. Listen to his beautifully, sarcastically crafted lyrics and smooth music and you'll agree. Anyway, this is me simply singing "New Frontier" – I was kind of in a rush, so it's not one of my best. I also sang "do you have a steady boyfriend" as "have you got a steady boyfriend". Gah!
